**We have multiple openings in SCM Global Logistics in Operations, Documentation and Plant Logistics.**

**Exp: 2-6 yrs**

**Location: Kharadi, Pune**

**Function: Logistics (Global Region)**

**Responsibility**:
**Export/Import Documentation**
- Responsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms and customer orders - right from cargo readiness to shipment and b/l release - from multiple loading ports in India
- Achieving Monthly export dispatch targets - from multiple manufacturing plants in India
- Follow up - with shipping companies and forwarding agents for bookings
- Follow up - with forwarding agent and CHA's for timely gate in the port and advance loading list send to shipping co.
- Responsible for timely updation of shipment status in SAP.
- Coordination with Customer service teams for shipment updation to customers

**Planning & Operations**

**Plant Logistics**
- Pre-Shipment Documentation for Domestic & export shipment in SAP.
- Preparation of E-way bill in supporting document for export shipment.
- Co-ordination with cross functional team (Marketing, Sales, Planning, Plant team - QA, Production, Warehouse) and external stake holder - Logistics, Service provider.
- Knowledge of EXIM & Logistics is must and aware about the compliance of documentation of domestic & international (GST invoice, E-way Bill, Export invoice & packing list, Shipping bill, BOL, Custom etc).
- MIS generation and Analysis for improvement

**English communication is mandatory.**
