**Job Title**:Logistics Executive

**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

**Experience**:Fresher to 1 Year

**Location**:Pimple Gurav, Pune

**Responsibilities**:
1. Shipment Coordination:

- Assist in coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Inventory Support:

- Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring and record-keeping.
- Assist in conducting periodic stock checks and reconciliations.

3. Documentation:

- Prepare basic shipping documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of all logistics-related documents.

4. Vendor Coordination:

- Communicate with transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues or disputes.

5. Process Improvement:

- Provide input for streamlining logistics processes for better efficiency.
- Report any delays or inefficiencies to the senior team.

6. Support Functions:

- Assist in generating reports related to logistics, such as delivery status and transport costs.
- Coordinate with other departments such as purchase and sales for smooth operations.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle multitasking and work in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
