**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners and delivery agents to optimize shipment routes and reduce delays.
- Monitor real-time tracking and resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, TATs, and service quality benchmarks.
- Handle customer escalations related to last-mile deliveries and provide quick resolutions.
- Maintain records of delivery performance, exceptions, and optimize logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, and Tech) to improve delivery efficiency.
- Assist in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives for last-mile operations.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in last-mile delivery operations, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management tools and real-time tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills for liaising with delivery partners and resolving escalations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
