Location : Andheri West
Overview:
We are looking for Import /Logistics Executive with at least 3 years of experience with flair of handling execution activities.
Key Objectives:
To ensure timely execution of all the import related activities with cost effective methods.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Negotiate prices with Suppliers, if applicable
Book the orders with Suppliers
Update the order details on tracker
Follow up internally with accounts team for the payments
Track the expected date of completion and delivery
Follow up with vendors on material readiness
Receive documentation
Coordinate with Air Logistics Company for negotiation of pricing
Get the material lifted
Coordinate with Accounts for duties payment
Close the Bill of Exchange
On-time delivery
Help minimize the cost of shipments.
Proper documentation
Adhere to Compliances
Should be able to interact with Vendors, Logisitics partners and authorities
Should be flexible in terms of communication with vendors due to timezone difference.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in English language (written+ verbal)
3+ years’ relevant import executive experience
Excellent written & verbal skills
Confident
Proficiency in Excel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
