Job Overview:

The Logistics Executive will assist in coordinating and supporting day-to-day logistics activities related to
import and export of pharmaceutical products
. The role involves handling documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Nearby Head Office - Mulund W (Preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing
    import and export documentation
    (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.).
  • Coordinate with
    CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters
    for timely shipment clearance and delivery.
  • Support the team in
    tracking shipments
    and updating status reports.
  • Maintain proper records of all
    import/export documents
    and shipment files.
  • Communicate with
    suppliers and internal departments
    for shipment schedules and required documents.
  • Help in preparing
    MIS reports
    related to shipments, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with
    basic customs and regulatory requirements
    under supervision.
  • Assist in
    inventory and dispatch coordination
    when required.

  • Basic understanding of
    import/export processes
    and
    logistics operations
    .
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel and email correspondence
    .
  • Eagerness to learn about
    pharma logistics and regulatory documentation
    .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Pharmacy
    .
  • 0–1 year
    of experience in logistics or import/export (internship experience preferred).

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with coordination between vendors, CHA, and internal teams.
  • May involve occasional field coordination at ports or warehouses.
