Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Import Executive to handle import operations and documentation efficiently. The candidate will coordinate with shipping lines, customs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end import documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, etc.).
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, customs authorities, and freight forwarders for smooth clearance.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with import regulations.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and support senior executives in import operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Import, shipping, freight forwarding, or import operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced shipping environment.
