We are looking for a dynamic and driven import-export logistic specialist for our team as an **Executive / Senior Executive-Import-Export ( Tankers Shipment only )**who will grow with us with better exposure in the market.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Maintain vessel shipment and **soft and palm oil logistics ( Tankers)**.
- Execute and place shipment & trade as per the stowage plan.
- Must know **FOSFA, PORAM and ANEC** contract rules and their regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with team, stakeholders, and clients regarding contract, trade, and shipment.
- Expertise in ERP systems, MS Office, and logistics software.
- Tracking and Tracing of contract and shipment.
- Maintaining documents and reports.
- Coordinating with teams, clients and stakeholders for execution, audit and report.
- Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing industry-leading practices.
- Provide all information, documents, and reports for the audit. After the audit, take steps according to the corrective action plan drafted by the Team Leader.
- File and archive relevant documents.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5 years + experience in **Tankers ( Bulk & Dry ) only**.
- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Expertise in ERP systems, MS Office, and logistics software
- Must have experience with import-export regulatory bodies.

**Salary**: Good hike on current CTC.

**Work timing**: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM ( Alternate Saturday week-off)

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
