Job description:

- **Import **_
- To plan, Co-ordinate, Manage and Keep record for Imports.
- To raise the Import purchase order from any software e.g. Tally SAP.
- To co-ordinate with the suppliers for confirmation of the order and date for dispatch To organise and check all Import documents like BL, SB, PL, COO, COI, MSDS, TDS,COA in respective folders and co-ordinate the same with clearing agents
- Plan and execute import containers by arranging on-time DO, transport, clearance, pre
- and post-shipment document arrangements.
- To pay custom duty online after cross check
- Query raised by custom to be resolved in co-ordination with clearing agent, Suppliers and Ess member.
- Coordinate with accounts for payments to shipping lines, CFS, or any other vendors.
- Oversee the preparation of commercial documents in line with Import regulations and maintain records for timely payments and to manage LC as per payment term and class.
- Maintain a database for tracking merchandise and MIS reporting.
- Manage all Import department processes, including planning and coordinating international shipments of goods.
- Understanding Rodtep Concept
- **Local**:_
- To plan, Co-ordinate, Manage and Keep record for Locals.
- Sometimes Import is denied for products in that case need to raise local Purchase order to procure raw material from local suppliers by raising purchase order till Material arrived and Payment made.
- **Export **_
- To plan, Co-ordinate, Manage and Keep record for Exports.
- To raise Proforma Invoice from Tally or any other accounting software to collect advance payment.
- Checking LC send from customer and preparing documents as per LC.
- Ensuring competitive rates for sea freight / air freight simultaneously with LC
- After the export to track the shipment for delivery
- Attending to queries, collecting feedback and use the information for improving service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of export documents, including LC negotiations and Duty drawback
- **Local Sales: -**_
- Sometimes times export is denied hence need to generate Local Sales Invoice, and Ewaybill.
