**About the role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Export-Import (Exim) Staff. As an Exim Staff member, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient movement of goods ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and optimizing logistics processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute export-import operations including documentation, customs clearance, transportation, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance is followed.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate shipment schedules, resolve issues, and provide updates on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearance documents, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations, tariff schedules, and customs procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and production to support the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export-import operations, customs clearance, and international logistics.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
