Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to handling

correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient workflow.

Travel Arrangements:

- Arrange travel itineraries for employees, including flights, accommodations,

transportation, and visas.
- Ensure travel plans align with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate travel logistics and provide necessary documentation and

information to travelers.
- Manage travel-related expenses and reimbursement processes.
- Stay informed about travel advisories, weather conditions, and other factors that

may impact travel plans.

Vendor Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for AMC services based on their

expertise, track record, and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with

selected vendors.
- Ensure that contracts are comprehensive, legally compliant, and aligned with

organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and

optimize service delivery.

Document Management:

- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are

organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and confidentiality

protocols.

Event Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including

meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate venue bookings, catering, equipment rentals, and other

logistics.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly.

Visitor Management:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and

courteous manner.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure visitors are properly

escorted and accommodated.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles or office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office

equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a

team.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in admin work.

Salary Range
- Min 20k to 50k depending on experience & expertise.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
