**Job Title**: Executive Assistant
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation for organizational needs.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments or external stakeholders.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- **Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.**
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
