**Microsoft Office 365-L1 Engineer**
- Job Description-Office 365 L1 Engineer_
- Receive incidents, service requests, queries and change requests from Company’s end users or IT staff through all agreed modes of communication.
- Work on the tickets Logged in the service desk tool, on behalf of users if required, with correct category, severity, problem description, user information, etc. as per predefined matrix and track their resolution time.
- Assign the incidents or route the calls to appropriate technical group or support team and categorize into appropriate severity or priority group.
- Aggregate tickets using existing communication medium.
- Monitor call trends and augment the scripted response database.
- Maintain the opening and closing of tickets for tracking purposes and track call response metrics.
- Update incident status to users periodically and as per the communication standards.
- Support for O365, Azure Active Directory, SSO, Intune, Microsoft Teams.
- Managing Day to day operations and support
- Qualifications-Office 365 L1 Engineer_

**Mandatory**:

- Graduates/Diploma with minimum 2 years. 6 months of relevant Experience in Microsoft Office365.
- Knowledge of O365.
- Experience of working on Exchange Online, License assignment, Report extraction.

**Desirable**:

- An OEM certification/Authorized training partner certification in Primary skill set.
- Good Communication skills.
