Should work in 24*7 support2Experience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devices3Firmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/Firewalls4Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.5Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP6Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.7Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding oninfoblox8Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team9Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
