**We Require Long Haul - Operations Team (FIT/GIT) Position at Thomas Cook - Lower Parel Location**

The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our travel services.

**Salary: 5 LPA - 9 LPA (max) INR per annum.**

**The job description is mentioned below**:
1. Accountable for Destination/Product wise Profitability across the Long Haul Holidays Business for both brands.

2. To work closely with the Quality Control /Contracting team/Airline team to make attractive packages

3. To enhance customer experience by personalised and presentable handover process

4. Work with the Operations team and arrive at prompt and effective resolution of on tour issues.

5. To maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders.

6. To consolidate business with selected vendors to ensure we get the volume benefits

7. To ensure the ZERO liability.

8. Through innovation and quick thinking bring about relevant process related changes.

9. Drive tracking of customer feedback and implement changes as required.

10. Responsible for file / tour operations for assigned geography or destination

11. To maintain product cost as per the SOM (Statement of Margin)/cost sheet

12. Work closely with the sales team and confirm the bookings

13. Follow the set SOPs thoroughly.

14. Ensure error free and zero defect delivery to the customer.

15. To ensure the rates received from our suppliers are competitive and negotiated.

16. To ensure that each customer is given a comprehensive handover that creates a wow experience.

17. To establish contact with the client while on-tour, to take feedback.

18. To generate repeat customers through delivery of superior customer experience.

**About The Company**:

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
