International Business Development Manager - Real Estate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Expansion**:
- Identify and assess international real estate markets for new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s footprint into new global territories.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with international investors, developers, and real estate agents.

- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into high-value clients.
- Develop tailored real estate solutions for international clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- **Networking & Partnerships**:
- Attend and represent the company at international real estate trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local agencies, developers, and other key stakeholders in target markets.
- **Strategic Planning & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management on the progress of international business expansion efforts.
- Identify and recommend improvements to business strategies, processes, and offerings to improve market position.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- **Cultural Sensitivity & Adaptability**:
- Demonstrate cultural awareness when working in international markets and with global clients.
- Adapt strategies to suit local regulations, market conditions, and consumer behaviors.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Fresher MBA or 2-3 years of business development experience in the real estate sector, with a strong emphasis on international markets.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of global real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record of generating business and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
