**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives forward. You'll set ambitious sales goals, devise effective strategies, and engage with prospects to expand our client base. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demos, closing sales, and ensuring seamless onboarding and support processes in collaboration with our customer support team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set strategic sales targets and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Research and identify potential clients, generating leads through various channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, with expertise in lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- **This position is full commission, providing you with the opportunity to maximize your earnings based on your performance.**
