**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing team in various activities to drive sales and promote our products/services. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and be a vital part of the sales and marketing operations, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to provide insights for developing effective marketing strategies.

**Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Assist in lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management.

**Marketing Campaigns**:Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:Maintain and update customer databases.
Assist in managing and nurturing customer relationships.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
Provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
- Previous internship experience in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and a passion for sales and marketing.
