
Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You will represent our company's products and services, demonstrating their value to potential customers. The role requires strong communication skills, a strategic approach to sales, and a deep understanding of the packaging market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients in the packaging industry.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Utilize various channels such as industry events, trade shows, and online platforms to identify prospects.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Presentation and Demonstrations**:
- Present the company's packaging products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and capabilities.
- Customize presentations according to the specific needs and interests of each client.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
- **Market Intelligence and Reporting**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding product improvements, pricing strategies, and market demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales / field sales.
- Strong understanding of packaging products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel & MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales objectives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
