We are hiring site sales executive.
- **Sales & Client Interaction**:

- Attend walk-in clients, provide necessary information, and close sales.
- Facilitate site visits, including showing sample or other available flats to clients.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain records of walk-in clients and submit daily reports to the Head office in Sion.
- Update and manage the Daily Project Report (DPR) in Excel, coordinating with the Site Supervisor.
- **Material Procurement**:

- Assist in obtaining quotations for materials needed at the site as per instructions from the Admin Manager.
- **Site Supervision**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of ready flats, with frequent supervision.
- **Financial Tracking**:

- Maintain records of payments received and outstanding balances from sales clients.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep an updated inventory of available flats.
- **Coordination with Authorities**:

- Coordinate with local bodies like Gram Panchayat, as required, for office-related matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
