Position-Site Sales Executive

Experience-2 to 5 years

Location-Navi Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and approach contractors, industrial clients, and infrastructure companies requiring scaffolding.
  • Build and maintain a database of active and upcoming projects in the assigned area.
  • Generate qualified leads and pass them to the Assistant Manager for further development.
  • Meet with site engineers, project managers, purchase teams, and safety officers to promote scaffolding products.
  • Understand their project requirements (volume, specifications, timelines) and communicate them accurately to the Assistant Manager.
  • Develop strong site-level relationships to secure repeat orders and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics) to ensure smooth and timely delivery, installation, and dismantling at client sites.
  • Track the progress of ongoing supplies at site level and update the Assistant Manager regularly.
  • Gather and report local competitor activities, market pricing trends, and new project opportunities to the Assistant Manager.
  • Monitor site-level customer satisfaction and potential risks to retain accounts.
  • Maintain updated records of site visits, meetings, and inquiries handled.
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports (site visit report, inquiry status, pipeline updates) to the Assistant Manager.
