About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Travel Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales, corporate account management, and high-conversion booking activity. This role blends consultative B2B selling with hands-on ticketing and booking operations to deliver measurable results and excellent customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and close new corporate and leisure accounts through targeted outreach, cold-calling, and network referrals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end booking lifecycle for clients: fare sourcing, PNR creation, ticketing, ancillaries, and post-booking support using GDS and booking platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate travel decision-makers; negotiate commercial terms and craft tailored travel proposals and RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and booking records in the CRM; generate sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and activity metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate with operations and travel delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfilment, monitor service-level KPIs, and resolve escalations quickly.
  • Upsell value-added services (travel insurance, seat upgrades, hotel & car packages) and promote preferred supplier partnerships to increase transaction value.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Proven track record in travel sales, corporate account management, or TMC environments with demonstrable sales results.
  • Practical experience using GDS platforms and booking tools to create and manage reservations and issue tickets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience preparing proposals for corporate clients.
  • Excellent accuracy with fare calculation, ticketing rules, and booking documentation.

Preferred

  • Exposure to corporate travel programs, negotiated fares, or managed travel accounts.
  • Knowledge of international travel documentation, visa requirements, and travel compliance standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced on-site sales environment with high booking volumes.
