To look after all the commercial /Accounts related activities of company in the HQ.

Some points are given below:

- Work to arrange purchase and sales Invoice for GST Return Filing
Accurately Bank Reconciliation & Ledger management.
Generate Invoices through ERP - Zoho books / Tally.
Accurately maintain Debtor Creditor Reconciliation.
Preparation of E WAY bill.
Preparation of E-INVOICE
Draft the PO for venders.
Checking of Import Bill of entry.
Preparation& filling of GST RETURNS, GSTR 1, GSTR 2A, GSTR3B.
Pre calculation of GST for payment of tax.
Preparation of business activity report for management.
Payment follow-up and timely collection
Preparation of documents for import of the products.
Other activities as per instructions of Reporting officer.
- Applicant should have BCom /MCom/BSc/MSc with good knowledge of commercial and accounts terms.
- Good communication and writing skill in English/ Local language is mandatory.
- Should have Industrial & Institutional experience at least 2 years in their field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
