Commercial Executive

We are looking for a female candidate for this job profile. The job is to ensure that outstanding debts owed by customers or clients are collected in a timely manner while maintaining good customer relations. The job profile of a commercial executive typically includes the following:
Managing collections: A collections executive is responsible for managing the collections process, which includes tracking and following up on outstanding debts owed by customers or clients.
Timely Invoicing – Raising invoice on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and no issue log for smooth invoicing. Timely renewals and revision of rates.
Communication: They must communicate with customers or clients to negotiate payment plans, provide payment reminders and answer any questions they may have.
Customer service: They must provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and collecting outstanding debts.
Upsell – Sell additional modules, add-ons and ensure its implementation and timely billing.
Monthly Services – Ensure increase in monthly billing services amount and add at least 10 monthly add on services to bill.
Reporting and record keeping: They need to maintain accurate records of collections, including payment schedules, balances, and customer contact information on while collecting outstanding debts.
Compliance and regulations: They need to ensure that all collections activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
Team management: They are required to manage and motivate a team of collections professionals
