We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Commercial Manager to oversee the business's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure The Commercial Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to maximize business opportunities and strengthen market position.- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business proposals.- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend tracking.- Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on commercial performance.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong market and customer insight with ability to identify growth opportunities (ref:iimjobs.com)
