**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Read, understand, and interpret Storyboards Experience in digital content production.
- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, and etc.)
- Support Global topics of Lifelong Learning, New Ways of Working, Belonging and Personal Growth as and when required.
- Be proactive and suggest new learning materials.

**Your success is grounded in**:

- Proficiency in presentation skills, verbal & written communication, storyboarding and editing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- E-Learning creation tool, Good to have knowledge on SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe After Effect/Illustrator, Powtoon (multimedia, 3D modelling and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or Python will be an advantage).
- Proven experience in eLearning content development and design. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Proactive approach in BAU tasks. Creative and Futuristic approach keeping the business needs in mind.
