Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

About the Role:

Elevate is a joint venture between a leading property provider and Good Host Spaces, aiming to revolutionize the student living ecosystem.

Our team seeks an HR L&D Manager to establish and lead the learning and development function at Elevate.

This role offers high impact, with responsibilities including building structured training programs, handling employee onboarding, and enabling skill development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Execute Training Programs: Develop induction, onboarding, and training modules for frontline staff and managers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure smooth cultural and operational integration for new hires.
  • Learning & Development: Create and deliver upskilling programs for employees across functions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create learning solutions.
  • Performance Enablement: Track training effectiveness, employee performance improvements, and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • People Engagement: Build trust and rapport with employees across levels, from frontline staff to senior management.
  • Travel Support: Visit different locations when required to conduct training and support L&D initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources (Tier 2 institute or higher preferred).
  • Prior experience in training, onboarding, or L&D within hospitality, student housing, retail, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Energetic personality with structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage employees at all levels with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organized, result-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
