_**Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Act as the first point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide briefings for strategic decision-making.
- Track key projects, follow up on action points, and ensure timely execution.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, business partners, and external agencies as required.
- Assist in drafting speeches, communication, and business proposals.
- Support the Chairman in business development and high-level networking initiatives.
- **Requirements**:_
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as an EA to top management, preferably in corporate/large business groups.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- High proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and presentation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to dynamic schedules.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong problem-solving ability.
