**Job Title**: Rigger**Location**: Delhi, India
We are seeking skilled and experienced Riggers to join our team in Delhi. The Rigger will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and dismantling rigging equipment safely for various lifting and construction operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and install rigging gear, such as cables, pulleys, and winches, for lifting and moving heavy equipment.
- Inspect rigging equipment regularly to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with crane operators, supervisors, and other team members for smooth operations.
- Follow detailed plans, blueprints, and diagrams to position and secure loads.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols to prevent accidents or hazards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in rigging or a related field.
- Knowledge of rigging equipment and safety procedures.
- Physical fitness to handle heavy materials and work in challenging conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Certification in rigging (preferred).

**Salary**:

- ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
- Additional benefits: Overtime pay, travel allowance (if applicable), and insurance coverage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,161.52 - ₹18,222.04 per month

**Benefits**:
