We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Reservation and Sales Executive** to join our team. This role combines inbound reservation management with proactive sales and guest communication to ensure high occupancy, guest satisfaction, and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding guest needs and pitching the right property.
- Manage reservations calendar, update availability, and avoid overbooking.
- Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and assist in guest onboarding pre-check-in.
- Coordinate with operations and property teams for seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Upsell services such as long stays, airport transfers, or curated experiences.
- Track performance KPIs like occupancy rate, revenue per booking, lead conversion, etc.
- Assist in creating offers, promotions, or seasonal campaigns in collaboration with marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
