**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate room availability and booking records.
- Assist guests with reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the front office and operations team for smooth check-ins and guest handling.
- Maintain a positive guest relationship by providing prompt, courteous service.
- Generate reports and support in revenue tracking and forecasting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel/resort reservation or front office.
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and customer service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred).
- Polite, well-groomed, and confident in guest interactions.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
