**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate and support activities related to hiring, referrals and organizational initiatives
- Provide operations support to Leadership as needed
- Internal stakeholder communication
- Collect and Consolidate data from various sources and stake-holders into pre-defined templates
- Support execution of cadence meetings and general facilitation
- Work with hiring SPOCs and hiring managers to ensure data consolidation and reporting
- Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholder
- Support for establishing streamlined referral process in IDU
**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:
- 10+ years of experience in Operations Support, Analytics & Reporting, Program Co-ordination
- Experience in Infrastructure and Facility Management
- Experience in usage of MS Office tools and other tools related to Operations Management
- Strong multi-tasking skills
