## Job Summary
The Office Assistant plays a critical role in supporting daily operations—handling reception duties, administrative tasks, and ensuring that our workspace remains organized and efficient.
## Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk: answer calls, direct visitors, handle inquiries.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems—creating, organizing, and retrieving documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage shared calendars
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
## Requirements
##Education & Experience
*Any Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
## Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Customer-oriented with professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
## Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
- Any additional language skills or customer-service experience relevant to your locale.
