We are looking for a Floor Supervisor (Caretaker) for our kids play area at Bounceeland.

The Floor Supervisor for the Kids Play Area is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the play area, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children and their families. This role involves supervising staff, managing guest interactions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Job responsibilities**
- Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor the play area to ensure all guests are enjoying their time and adhering to safety rules.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of play area attendants and other support staff.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the play area. Ensure that equipment is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and updates.
- Assist in planning and organizing special events, themed activities, and promotions for children and families. Ensure these activities are executed smoothly and safely.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, including toys, games, and cleaning materials.
- Work closely with the team members to ensure a cohesive approach to guest services and facility operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. (Graduation will be a plus)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a recreational or customer service environment is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,218.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
