3. Skills: - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations. - Experience with inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other production management software.

4. Certifications: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other production-related certifications are a plus.
