**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Civil (Retail Interiors & Turnkey Projects)
**Location**: Depends on site
**Department**: Project Execution / Site Operations
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Operations Head
**Experience Required**: 3-4 years in site supervision for **interior fit-outs, retail stores, or turnkey civil projects**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior works at project sites (retail, showroom, office, or commercial spaces).
- Ensure timely execution as per design drawings, BOQ, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other agencies on-site.
- Monitor civil-related activities like flooring, partitioning, POP, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical integrations.
- Report site progress daily and escalate challenges to the Project Manager.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to quality standards at all times.
- Validate material delivery, usage, and storage on site.
- Handle client or architect visits during execution and assist with walkthroughs.
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, work checklists, material receipts, and photo updates.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical background.
- 3+ years of experience in **retail fit-outs, commercial interiors, or turnkey execution**.
- Strong knowledge of civil finishes, detailing, and vendor management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and execution timelines.
- Skilled in on-site problem solving and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp updates, and site reporting tools.

**Preferred Traits**:

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and a strong team player.
- Flexible for travel or relocation based on project location.
- Experience working with brands or agencies in **retail/interior projects** is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
