- **Quality Control**: Inspect and ensure the quality of workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with project managers, designers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and any incidents. Report to senior management on project status and issues.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in interior construction.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
