Job Summary:
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of interior construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The supervisor coordinates with various stakeholders, manages on-site workers, and ensures compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**: Oversee and manage interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- **Site Supervision**: Monitor daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities are carried out as per the project plan.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and ensure the quality of workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with project managers, designers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the site promptly.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and any incidents. Report to senior management on project status and issues.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in monitoring project budgets and controlling costs.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in interior construction.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
