**Job Title**: Site Supervisor (for Modular Furniture installations)

**Location**: Delhi NCR

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients to schedule installation appointments and ensure client satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage a team of furniture installers, to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
- Oversee the delivery of goods and materials to project sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Organise and procure necessary materials from the market, maintaining inventory and cost records.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot any installation issues or concerns that arise during the project.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, including completion timelines and any challenges faced.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at project sites.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide input on installation processes and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in furniture/interiors/construction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for self-commuting.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
