A Site Supervisor oversees and manages on-site operations to ensure the successful execution of construction, maintenance, or other project tasks. They act as a liaison between the project manager and on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
Supervise daily activities on-site to ensure the project stays on schedule.

Communicate directives and project plans to workers and subcontractors.

Monitor equipment, materials, and workforce allocation.

2. Health and Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety policies to prevent accidents and hazards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Report incidents and develop corrective measures.

3. Quality Control:
Ensure all work is executed to specifications and industry standards.

Perform inspections and oversee testing procedures.

Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.

4. Team Management:
Allocate tasks to workers and manage schedules efficiently.

Conduct training and provide guidance to team members.

Foster a productive and collaborative on-site environment.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of work progress, resources used, and workforce data.

Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the project manager.

Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
