**We are looking to hire civil site executive with 3+ year of experience in Civil**

**execution + Interior projects.**

**Key Responsibility**:
1. Conduct daily site visit to check work update and to collect site measurement

2. Coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth and on time execution

3. To ensure all execution work is going on as per drawings

4. To ensure high quality product delivery and smooth finishing of final outcome

5. To plan daily site activities by coordinating operations team

6. To prepared daily progress report and Daily Labor Report

7. Handover to client after completion of work

8. Must be able to take accurate site measurements as per SOP.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Have good knowledge of Civil & Finishing Works like Waterproofing, plaster, tiling,

false ceiling, paint etc.

2. Have basic knowledge Plumbing and electrical works.

3. Should be able to understand Civil, Finishing, Plumbing & Electrical Drawings

4. Should be able to manage 6-8 projects at time and ensure on time completion.

5. Should have B.Tech Civil Engineer.

6. Good Communication Skills.

7. Must have own mode of conveyance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
