**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily on-site work for interior, exhibition, or installation projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all site activities follow technical drawings, safety standards, and quality specifications.
- Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the project manager and design team.
- Handle on-site problem-solving, material management, and logístical planning.
- Check measurements, material delivery, installation quality, and finish details.
- Act as the key point of contact between the studio team and the site workforce.
- Ensure timely execution as per project timeline and rectify any delays proactively.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- **1 to 4 years** of relevant on-site experience in managing design-driven projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior/exhibition construction, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as needed.

**Preferred (Bonus) Skills**:

- Experience working on **museum, exhibition, or commercial installation** projects.
- Understanding of vendor negotiation and cost tracking.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
