We are _Metal Fabrication Unit_ Looking for _Shop Floor Supervisor_
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
- Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Handle customer and employee and workplace complaints
- Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion
- Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
- Coordinate for materials needed for production with purchase
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:
1. ITI with min. 8 years’ experience or Diploma with 5 years exp.

2. Should have worked in fabrication ( Press / weld shop)

3. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively

4. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
