**Job Title: Production Line Supervisor - Formwork Manufacturing**

**Salary**: 68,000-85,000 rs

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a **reliable and hands-on Production Line Supervisor** to join our **formwork manufacturing unit**. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations on the production floor, meeting quality and production targets, and supervising the workforce involved in formwork and related production activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the production floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines.
- Monitor operator performance, provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and submit daily production and issue reports to factory management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control.
- **Experience**: 3-8 years in a similar role, preferably in **formwork, precast concrete, steel fabrication, or construction materials**.
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering preferred.
- Proven experience in team supervision and shop floor coordination.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Basic reporting and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with shift operations and manpower handling.

**Preferred (for Overseas/West Africa roles)**:

- Willingness to relocate and work in remote/international locations.
- Previous overseas experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
