**Location**: Zirakpur

**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, with commission-based incentives + Excellent Beneifits

**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week

Join our dynamic sales team and play a pivotal role in driving property transactions and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct property showings and virtual tours.
- Negotiate terms and close property sales.
- Keep abreast of market trends and property values.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Accurately record and manage client information in CRM.
- Identify and engage with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated sales experience in real estate or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
