**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain the front office area to ensure it is neat and organized.
- Assist real estate agents and other staff with tasks as needed.
- Provide general information to clients about property listings and services.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus.
