**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and provide compelling information about our real estate services.
- Build and maintain rapport with potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Explain the benefits and features of our real estate properties to potential clients and assist them in understanding the investment potential.
- Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively communicate market advantages to potential clients.
- Follow sales scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to individual client preferences.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Positive and resilient demeanor, even in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
