looking for passionate and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and convert potential leads, abandoned cart users, and existing CRM contacts to

complete purchases.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate health & wellness products.
- Provide accurate product information and assist in order confirmation.
- Maintain strong follow-up practices to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers to promote long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.
- Work closely with dietitians and the sales team to align efforts and maximize customer

satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of telesales/inside sales experience (preferably in e-commerce,

wellness, or D2C).
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored product

recommendations.
- Target-driven and self-motivated individual with a consultative selling approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
