- **Client Interaction**: Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide suitable property solutions.
- **Property Tours**: Organize and conduct property site visits, showcasing property features, benefits, and potential returns to clients.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Assist in preparing agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and competition, to offer clients well-informed advice.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain and update records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing after-sales support and assisting with property-related queries.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
