As a Cosmetics Sales Representative at COS HM, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our range of toxin-free cosmetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, including retailers, beauty salons, and individual customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the cosmetics industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products, with a passion for the industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
