We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques. This will require the representative to generate their own leads and create outbound sales.

**This is a 100% commission-based position, offering you the opportunity to control your earnings potential based on your performance.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively present their value propositions to prospects.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to address their requirements.
4. Proactively follow up with leads, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet or exceed established sales targets.
5. Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using our CRM system.
6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and generate new business opportunities.
7. Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to better position yourself for success.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
