Position: Sales Representative

Location: The Midnight Fuddle, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal

**Salary**: ₹3,000 for the first month; performance-based increment from the second month

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell club memberships, event packages, and special promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the club’s services, events, and menu offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Assist in coordinating events and promotional activities to boost footfall.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for business improvement.
- Stay updated with current trends in the nightlife and hospitality industry.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
